Harties Cableway has been a Flow client since 2012, when we were tasked with creating an online home for this major tourist destination, about an hour’s drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Fourteen hi-tech cable cars, each built to carry six passengers at a time, give visitors the chance to travel to the top of the ancient Magaliesberg mountains (which just received World Biosphere Reserve status), from where they can enjoy views including the Hartbeespoort Dam and far into the North West province.

Experiences at the cableway include dining, exploring the beautiful walkway and learning more about the area. Children can also enjoy playtime at the KidZone at the top.

The Harties Cableway's accolades include being on TripAdvisor’s top things to do in the North West; being awarded a 2015 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor; and being listed on Traveller 24’s “The ultimate top 10 bucket list of the most iconic scenic spots in SA”.
