Flow Communications is looking for a mid- to senior-level designer – no students or recent graduates, please! We’re an integrated communications company that delivers a total communication solution through compelling writing, elegant web development, beautiful and smart web and print design, and clever e-marketing.
We’re a company of just over 50 people and have a dedicated, full-time design studio based in Dunkeld, Johannesburg. We work with both print and digital design and have a range of exciting clients on our books.
We’re looking for a designer with at least five years’ design-for-print experience to join the team as soon as possible. The successful candidate should be able to deliver high-level input and conceptualisation, and should possess excellent design skills. Experience in digital would be a plus, but is not a necessity.
Our work covers a wide range of design disciplines, from annual reports, signage and corporate identities to design for websites and online media for a variety of audiences. The job promises wide variety, interesting and meaningful work and a pleasant and dynamic work environment.
Please note that this is a full-time permanent position. We are not looking for freelancers or part-time designers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent design skills and at least five years’ experience in print design
- Degree/diploma in design or related field
- Excellent software skills (high-proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
- Good team player
- Creative thinker and self-motivated
- Experience in print design a must. Web and online design experience would also be helpful
