As we prepare to let the love flow this February, we open our arms to the newest member of the Flow tech development team, Kuda Nharo.
Having recently moved from Zimbabwe to Killarney, Kuda has hit the ground running at Flow with a website project for a client.
Kuda studied through UNISA and the University of Zimbabwe, and is a network and software engineer. This means that he, unlike most of us, can speak in code: he not only speaks C# and Java, but also is now fluent in PHP.
Understandably, this makes Kuda a special addition to the family. As a developer, his task is to translate concepts into websites, putting thought-pens to software paper.
Previously, Kuda worked at Travel Communications before moving to South Africa and joining us at Flow. Currently, in between finding his bearings, he likes to read a lot – tech books and Stuff magazine in particular – and is religious.
Unbeknown to many he is said to be a “very, very good soccer player”, according to colleague Tinashe Gunda. Given his “good networking background”, Kuda’s experience is going to be “very good for us”, says tech studio manager Richard Frank.
As Kuda settles into his new surroundings, he will be exposed to the many things there are to enjoy at Flow, and put his skills to good use. And we hope to learn a thing or two, including some soccer tricks, from him as well.
Welcome to Flow, Kuda!
