Flow Communications has launched a number of exciting products and platforms on the Two Oceans Aquarium website over the past month. An interactive members’ zone and online guestbook went live this week, and we’ve also managed to help sell out the aquarium’s special Valentine’s dinner offerings in under two weeks.

The website’s new members’ zone is a one-stop platform for new and existing Two Oceans Aquarium members. While we have been selling annual passes to the aquarium since November 2010, this new membership page allows visitors to the website to compare on-site with online pass prices, to stay up to date on all the latest members-only events, to read member-specific blog posts and to have a quick look at the fantastic benefits that owning an annual pass to the aquarium affords.

Visitors can also take a look at member comments, as well as leave their own few cents worth in the online guestbook.

This page furthermore acts as a direct portal to the online shop, where visitors can buy or renew an annual pass, or update their membership details.

On February 14, the Two Oceans Aquarium will be hosting a stunning three-course Valentine’s dinner, and for the event, Flow Communications set up an online portal where visitors could book their tables. This service has proved particularly popular: Tables sold out in less than two weeks and users’ experience of the online shop was seamless.

We look forward to selling more event-specific aquarium tickets this year, in addition to our already existing day tickets and membership offerings.
