Flow Communications

Every year, TEACH South Africa embarks on a rigorous recruitment campaign aimed at young university graduates in the fields of maths, science and English. The aim is to enrol as many of these graduates as possible in underprivileged schools around the country as TEACH Ambassadors.

For 2013, TEACH South Africa decided to reinvigorate its marketing material of banners, flyers and posters in order to better speak to its target audience and attract more graduates to the programme.

“The brief was to add another colour to the pre-existing colour palette and freshen up all the photography used,” says Flow designer George Xafis.

“It was a thorough project, with great teamwork from all sides. I am privileged to be able to work with an organisation like TEACH South Africa, which helps shape tomorrow’s bright young minds.”

The TEACH recruitment team, led by recruitment manager Shesnee Naidoo, was excited to launch the new campaign.

“Working closely with Flow Communications, the concept and content of the new campaign was aimed at addressing some shortcomings of previous recruitment campaigns,” says Naidoo.

“The result is a fresh, unique and vibrant graduate recruitment campaign that speaks directly to our targeted audience, which is, in my opinion, one of our best graduate recruitment campaigns to date.”
