Ask anyone who’s been to the top of Table Mountain and they will corroborate: there are few places on earth where the view has this ability to take your breath away; where – whether it’s icy cold or scorching hot – it’s always worth sitting down and contemplating what you see.

And while most people have to travel halfway across the world to enjoy this experience, South Africans – but more specifically, Capetonians – are uniquely privileged in that they can visit any time they want to!

The Table Mountain Cableway wants to make frequent visits to the top of Table Mountain a more affordable and convenient option for Capetonians and for those who pay frequent visits to the Mother City.

To assist the cableway in developing the best product possible, Flow Communications has helped to implement an online survey on www.tablemountain.net which asks visitors to share their thoughts on a possible frequent visitor programme.

Among other things, the survey asks for information on product preference, acceptable pricing of frequent visitor cards, usage of the cableway and the type of expectations that would apply to a frequent visitor programme.

Flow is promoting the online survey in weekly blogs, updates on Facebook and Twitter and through the monthly visitors’ newsletter (subscribe here). Anyone is welcome to take part in the survey to help the cableway in developing a product that is appealing to regular users of service.

Responses have been coming in steadily. Flow and the cableway will continue to promote this survey until a large enough sample size has been received to reflect popular opinion.

Feel free to visit Table Mountain Cableway’s website and to fill in the survey – your input would be most valuable.
