Flow Communications

It’s first light and we’re at a wild dog kill. There are yips and whistles and nips and yelps in the air as the dogs pull to bits the last of an impala they’ve just killed. They’re feeding fast, before other predators move in, and so that some can go back to the alpha female who’s denned not far away, to feed her and possibly her tiny pups with regurgitated mouthfuls of meat (no one’s sure if they’ve been born yet, but if not, they’re imminent).

It’s the start of a day filled with game – lions, dogs, cheetah, elephant, rhino, brown and spotted hyena, civet, waterbuck, tsessebe, zebras, you name it ... This is Madikwe Game Reserve, which Flow is extremely proud to have as a PR and digital client, and we’re based at Jaci’s Safari Lodge – one of the best-known lodges in the reserve, and another longstanding Flow client.
