FlowCommunications has just completed a corporate profile of Kagiso Media, an investment holding company with interests in broadcast media, publishing, events and exhibitions.
The company has interests especially in commercial radio, and owns all or significant shares in stations like Jacaranda FM (South Africa’s biggest commercial station at present, with about 2,5-million visitors), East Coast Radio and Ofm.
The profile was featured in the November 2 edition of the Financial Mail.
Kagiso Media was established by Kagiso Trust Investments (KTI), an empowerment company with interests in a broad range of enterprises. KTI was created to support the Kagiso Trust, a non-governmental development finance organisation
