Flow's birthday cake
On Friday August 26 2011, the Flow team was surprised by pink balloons, pink party packs and a three-tiered pink-and-black birthday cake, baked by Maria Foundanellas, in celebration of Flow’s sixth birthday.
Flowstars, new and old, were treated to a slideshow documenting the company’s eventful history. Apart from being entertained, we all felt proud, especially CEO Tara Turkington, who became a little teary at how Flow has grown while still retaining its core values of integrity, leadership and putting people first.
After the formalities we all headed out into the sunshine to celebrate properly. A bit of foosball, some pink cupcakes and happy chatter set the mood for what proved to be a cheerful party. We’re certainly looking forward to many more.
