Flow Communications

Last week was a big one for Flow Cape Town. We packed up our belongings, said farewell to Long Street and moseyed on down to 74 Shortmarket Street (okay, not really that far away) to set up shop in our brand new, sleek and sophisticated office space.

And there sure is a lot of space…

With 133m² inside for desks, a dry kitchen and boardroom, and an unbelievable 73m² balcony, Cape Town’s Flowstars are spoilt for choice.

We can already feel the positive effects of more headspace.

Project Manager Leanne Pohlmann is to thank for this amazing space. Without her attention to detail, unfailing patience and knack for thinking about every possible potential thing, we would not be where we are today.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to CEO Tara Turkington, Managing Director Tiffany Turkington-Palmer and Financial Manager Bev Strimer for their support in getting through all the red tape and ensuring that we found, and secured, these truly wonderful new premises.

So, where are we today? Table Mountain is keeping an eye on us and Lion’s Head is peaking over a high-rise building; we have covetable indoor, inner-city parking space right across the road, there’s an office for visiting Jo’burg Flowstars, and we have a swanky boardroom where we’ll be impressing our clients and hosting workshops and meetings.

One of our walls is a blackboard: It’s there for us to fill with inspirational words, great ideas, important notes and for us to get creative ... We’ve got the chalk, we’ve got the talk, now to put words into action!
