Earlier this month, Flow celebrated the launch of the brand-new CrossRoads Company website. CrossRoads offers strategic insight and practical tools to companies to help them achieve financial sustainability.
Flow was responsible for developing a new website for the company, including designing the brand elements into a cohesive message.
“Articulating what CrossRoads does is not easy, as the methodologies and offerings are quite complicated. This is why we decided on a simple, elegant and uncluttered design,” says Flow Cape Town manager Kate Rau.
“What we hope is that the website will inspire people in business who are facing challenges to contact CrossRoads for help in identifying blind spots and improving their business.”
The CrossRoads Company website is the first phase of Flow’s involvement. We’ll also be assisting CrossRoads with site maintenance and setting up social media platforms to share the CrossRoads Company message. We’re really excited to see how CrossRoads will develop and shape over the coming months.
So, what does CrossRoads Company offer? We asked founder and business strategist Anni Hoare about this and going with the Flow.
What does the CrossRoads Company do?
CrossRoads Company was formed to facilitate optimisation, transformation and performance in organisations. For businesses to become sustainable and profitable, measured outcomes are based on tried and tested methodologies, as well as my personal experience in facilitating the strategy process.
Judging by the feedback, this has proven to be a pretty powerful combination.
How does the new website embody the Crossroads Company?
When I started focusing on the concept, I spent a long time thinking about what I wanted to achieve and why I wanted to achieve this. Eventually I focused on a chess theme and colour pallette to tell a story about the business.
The chess theme holds a narrative about moves in business and how the choices you make can wipe you off the board – but with strategic choices you can plot the game three moves in advance. I chose blue, turquoise and silver as colour themes as they signify a gradual lightening of colours to a place of strength from a place of weakness and solitude.
And CrossRoads’ relationship with Flow?
Flow was CrossRoads Company’s first client, and its success is very personal to me. Working with Flow, with its dynamic leadership and inquisitive culture, has been a great experience. It’s an honour being an honorary Flowstar.
