Flow Communications is proud to announce the recent launch of Fithealth’s new, improved, user-friendly website.
Simply having a web presence is not enough these days as users are looking for websites that are also easy to navigate. To attract and retain an audience, a website has to deliver when it comes to user experience (UX) and this is what Fithealth was looking for.
Taking on Fithealth’s website was an exciting project for Flow developers and designers who set to work to turn the original website into more practical, user-friendly one. The final product is a website that delivers in terms of user experience, features accessible content and manages questions that users might have about featured products.
The website has a handy search function at the top of the home page which makes it easy to quickly locate specific products. Products are also divided into groups such as those for dry lips, dry mouth or colds and flu – for easy navigation.
“Our biggest task while refining this site was asking ourselves: 'Will this bring value to the user? People are busy, is this website worth their time?,” says Flow project manager Sasha Hall.
What users have now is a place where they can find information on the health products on offer, as well as an option to shop for them online. The great thing about the online shopping service is that it allows users to personalise their shopping experience. For example, if you are on prescription you can make sure that your medicine is automatically ordered each month. You can also reserve products in your basket for up to 12 hours, which affords you plenty of time to decide if they are the correct products for your needs.
If you prefer to shop physically, there is a list of pharmacies and independent health stores where you can purchase Fithealth products.
“We had a great team as a whole and although we faced some challenges at times, everyone played a role in the finished product which I think answers the questions we had at the outset. The new site is in line with Fithealth's new branding and it is easy to use and easy to find what you need,” says Sasha.
