Next month the streets of Parktown, Johannesburg, will be graced with Speedo-clad lads competing in Etana Insurance’s second daREDevil Run. Etana is one of Flow’s top 10 clients and the country’s top specialist business insurer.

Men of all shapes and sizes will take to the tarmac in their Etana Speedos on 15 October 2010, to help raise awareness of and funding for testicular and prostate cancer.

The 2010 daREDevil Run will be extra special as it’s also a Guinness World Record attempt to gather the largest number of Speedo-clad men together, to help spread this important message beyond the borders of South Africa.

The more men who enter, the better the outcome. Find out more about the run on Etana’s dedicated daREDevil website, created and managed by Flow, where you can also check out who’s already registered. (And ladies, you can sign up to support ... )

The run starts and ends at Etana House, 22 Oxford Road, Parktown. The entry fee is R70, which includes a Speedo and entry to the afterparty. A portion of the entry fee goes to the More Balls than Most marketing company to fund a mobile testing unit for testicular and prostate cancer.

Although the run itself is for men only, anyone is welcome to register as a supporter or make a donation and join in on the day. Further details are on the site.

In addition to registering those ready to run, Etana is seeking out competitors who are prepared to REDefine what a daREDevil will do to win an all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas!
