The month of November usually carries a single calendar highlight for the men of Flow (most of them, anyway) – the annual Etana Insurance DAREdevil Run.
Each year, we marvel at how the run has grown since its inception in 2009 – more and more men of all shapes and sizes from around the country lose their kit and run through the streets in a Speedo to help create awareness around male cancers.
And with so much skin seen jogging through the streets of South Africa each November, it was about time we gave the DAREdevil website a new skin, too.
Check out the new-look website … and while you’re there, make sure you register! Just like the website and the DAREdevil cause promote early detection of cancer, we’re promoting early registration – and you stand the chance to win a cool R10 000 if you get the most people to register via your unique Quicket link.
See the registration page for details.
This year, runs are taking place in nine locations across the country, and ALL money raised will be donated towards cancer-related charities.
“It’s always an incredible feeling to design material for such a forward-thinking company,” says Flow designer Lorraine Gumede of Etana. “I really commend Etana for their enthusiasm and for making a difference in such an exciting way!”
Here’s looking forward to the run on 8 November 2013 – we can’t wait!
