Flow is doing a bloody good job … again!
The next Flow blood drive takes place at our Johannesburg offices (231 Oxford Road, Dunkeld) on Friday 15 November 2013, when the South African National Blood Service will be on hand from 10am to 3.30pm to collect blood.
In September Flow hosted its eighth in-house blood drive, which saw 23 pints of blood being donated.
“Regular blood donations by a sufficient number of healthy Flowstars and friends of Flow are needed to ensure that safe blood will be available whenever and wherever it is needed,” says Colin Ford, Flow head of the writing team.
Says Hayley Elwen of Otis, a friend of Flow and a regular donor at Flow blood drives: “I am definitely donating blood again on Friday because it is important for a healthy and reliable blood supply. It makes me feel good knowing I’ve helped save a life.”
