South Africa is burdened by a depressingly high unemployment rate – and young South Africans (aged 15 to 24) bear the brunt of joblessness. The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is doing something about this.

Its Groen Sebenza programme creates paid biodiversity management internships for young people.

SANBI briefed Flow to create awareness and fill 1 050 Groen Sebenza internship positions – which we easily accomplished, reaching 21-million South Africans in the process, more than double the campaign objective.
