South African Institute of Chartered Accountants: awards entry video 2024
The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) is the foremost accountancy body in South Africa and one of the leading accounting institutes in the world.
To better serve its 57 000+ active members and associates worldwide, SAICA contracted Flow Communications to upgrade its website, with a key focus on user experience, interactivity and functionality.
The website upgrade was completed at the end of June 2023 after a two-year multi-phased development process.
During the 12-month measurement period (1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024), the website achieved over 1-million users for the first time and showed impressive engagement rate increases.
