Millions of people (an estimated 7.5-million South Africans*) living with HIV remain unsure of the implications of having the virus. Why adhere to ARV treatment? Can one be cured of HIV? What does it mean to have an undetectable viral load?

These are questions that the Foundation for Professional Development (https://www.foundation.co.za/about-us) asked Flow to answer in conceptualising the Zenzele ARV Adherence Campaign.

We set out to convey a simple message - if you take anti-retrovirals, your viral load becomes undetectable and thus HIV becomes untransmissible. The South African campaign was part of a larger UNAids campaign.
