July 2008 to presentFlow has supported FNB Commercial’s internal communications team by writing articles for the staff e-newsletter, Commbuzz, and by writing and editing occasional email messages. We’ve aimed for variety – from staff achievers to economic updates, health and wellness tips, bank strategy, new products, diversity issues and regional activities – and to communicate a consistent message about Commercial’s priorities. Flow designers also created “icons” to illustrate the newsletter, as well as emailers for special occasions like Heritage Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Recently Flow has redesigned the email newsletter template so that FNB can edit and control the content more easily, saving time.
