All the text that Flow Communications produces for its clients, whether in print or online, is checked for factual accuracy, clarity, spelling,punctuation and grammar.

To keep the text consistent in style, we follow style guides foreach client, and where necessary we use the Harvard referencing system to make it clear where we found information. We also consider media laws and ethics in our use of words and pictures.

Several Flow staff members have sub-editing and proofreading skills,so every writer’s and designer’s work is checked carefully before it is published or printed.

It’s a thorough approach that takes time, but one we believe is essential in communicating clearly, consistently and well.
